• Where can I shop the sale? You can buy our discounted sofas, armchairs, corner sofas and suites, as well as our luxury cushions, online or in store with the extra 15% discount. Ex display lighting is on sale in store only at our showroom in Lancashire.
• How is the discount applied? If you’re ordering in store from our Chorley showroom the discount will be applied at the counter. If you’re shopping online from our website, the discount will automatically be applied to your basket before you check out.
• How much is 15% off? To give you an idea of what this discount looks like, a set of cushions that we normally sell for £50 would be £42.5 in the sale, a chair that would normally costs £448 would be £380.80p in the sale, a sofa that normally costs £900 would be £765 in the sale, and a designer suite that normally costs £2195 at our discounted ex display rate would be £1865.75p in the sale.
• When does the sale start? Our January sale began on the 6^th of January 2025
• When does the sale end? The sale ends at midnight on January 31^st 2025
• What’s your returns policy and warranty for sale items? Exactly the same as our usual returns policy and warranty for ex display products! This means if you change your mind about your new sofa, armchair or suite you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, and all purchases of our ex display sofas, suites and chairs are covered by our 12 month warranty.
