FAQs About Our New Furniture Showroom in Chorley and Our Relocation

Q I've been shopping at your Clitheroe showroom for years, how will this move affect my regular visits?

A In some respects you'll find it a lot easier to pop by our new store in Chorley, as we'll be open for longer hours and conveniently located just off the M61. However if you live in Clitheroe there's no getting around the fact that you'll have a bit of a longer travel time to get to us. To help with the transition we'll continue to offer fast, free delivery throughout the Ribble Valley including Clitheroe, with special discounts available for returning customers.

Q How will this affect my order, will there be any delays?

A In a word, no! We'll be taking our time over the transition period to help ensure that everyones' orders are processed with the same care and attention as always. That measn there will be no delays to deliveries and all of our orders, whether in store, online or over the phone, will be processed as normal.

Q Will you be offering the same products and services at the new store in Chorley?

A Yes, you'll be able to find all the same great deals and award-winning service at our new showroom. In addition to the fantastic discounted ranges we currently offer, our new showroom will be offering a much wider variety of stock from new suppliers including more fitted lighting, other sofa brands, dining furniture, coffee tables, occasional furniture and even more homewares and accessories too.

Q Are you going to have a relocation sale, and if so when?

A By popular demand, we are having a clearance sale at Clitheroe before we move! The Big Move Relocation Sale will run from the 3rd of November to 5pm on the 18th of November when our Clitheroe showroom will close.

Q What events do you have planned for the new showroom opening?

A There will be an exclusive 1 day pre-opening event for previous customers and selected local businesses, followed by a special Grand Opening Sale. Dates will be announced nearer the time as we're currently still working on the building!

Q Will I be able to find the same staff at your new location?

A Yes, all our familiar faces will be there ready to help you with your furniture and accessory enquiries! There will be some new faces as well, including our new delivery team and other staff to help assist you on the showroom floor.

Q How will the move impact your delivery times and costs for deliveries to Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley?

A All of our delivery times and costs will remain the same after our move, which means you'll still be able to have your new sofa or suite delivered within a week and free of charge.

Q Where exactly is the new showroom going to be, and when does it open?

A Our new showroom will be in the old Woolworths/Argos building in Chorley town centre, the address is: 50-54 Market Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 2SE. We're due to open at the end of November 2023 a more accurate date will be announced once we're a little further along with the rennovations.

Q Can I still use my store credits or vouchers at your new showroom?

A Yes, any previous store credits or vouchers will still be usable at the new showroom or online.

Q Will the new store have the same working hours as the Clitheroe location?

A No, the new showroom will be open for more days than Clitheroe currently is. The current plan is to open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday but stay tuned for more details once we've set our opening date.

Q Is the new showroom as large as the showroom in Clitheroe?

A The new showroom in Chorley will be quite a bit larger than the Clitheroe outlet, with more space for our gorgeous sofas and accessories! That means cheaper prices and a much wider variety of different stock, too.
