100% genuine descriptions. All products we have for sale are described to the best of our knowledge, as thoroughly as possible. This includes only using the word “leather” to describe products that are made with genuine, authentic leather – not bonded, faux, eco, leather-match or vegan leather products. We inspect all of our clearance products thoroughly and provide appropriate descriptions of the condition including a description of any cosmetic defects if present.

100% genuine discounts. When we state that a product has been reduced, we will also state clearly where the comparison price comes from. For products available to order on the high street, we will compare to the High Street Sale Price which is the price that the same product is on sale at in other major high street stores or independent retailers. These are accurate at the time the product is listed, and are regularly updated as prices change. For discontinued products we will compare to the last known High Street Price or the RRP. For prototypes and unreleased products we will compare to the Nearest Equivalent, based on the brand, manufacturer and construction of the product.
