Delivery

Whether we deliver your suite ourselves or use one of our trusted couriers, you can be confident that your new furniture is in good hands. We don't book any deliveries until we have your order in stock at our Chorley warehouse, and it doesn’t leave our hands until it’s loaded onto a van for delivery to your home.

  • All accessories are delivered for free to anywhere in the UK mainland.
  • Furniture deliveries are free to all areas shown in green on the map.
  • Zone 2 (Teal Blue) incurs a charge of £80 for small furniture or £120 for large furniture or multiple items. Deliveries are charged over the entire order, not per item.
  • Zone 3 (Pale Blue) incurs a charge of £120 for small furniture or £150 for large furniture or multiple items.
  • If your address is marked in lilac on the map please contact us before purchasing to check the delivery cost.

Furniture Deliveries

We work with a number of reliable independent furniture couriers to ensure that your new furniture is delivered quickly and professionally. Depending on how far you are from our showroom in Chorley, Lancashire your delivery may take from five to fifteen working days from the date of arrival at our warehouse. If you need a longer storage time or have any other requirements relating to your delivery please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery will be made to the billing address given when you place your order, so please make sure you select the correct address when you pay.

All in-stock clearance items are available for fast delivery, and are sold directly from stock we hold either in our showroom in Chorley or at our warehouse.

If your purchase is being made to order it will take from 6 to 14 weeks for it to be made for you, an estimate will be provided on the product page and with your order confirmation. We will keep you updated throughout the process and will let you know when your order is due to arrive at our warehouse.

Additional Services

Our standard delivery includes one person delivery into your ground floor room of choice, and we offer a number of optional extra services, including:

  • Upstairs Delivery £50 per floor or flight
  • 2 Person Delivery up to £50 
  • Storage £50 per week after the first fortnight
  • Disassembly/reassembly services may be chargeable if required.
All service prices are subject to availability and may be flexible depending on your location and the item you're purchasing. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will do whatever we can to accomodate you.

Homewares and Accessories

Accessories are delivered free of charge to most areas of the UK. The delivery company used may differ depending on your location. If there’s a specific company that you know has difficulty with your deliveries please let us know when you place your order and we’ll do our best to ensure that your parcel is sent with someone else. Please allow additional time for deliveries to the islands and highlands.
