Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Worthington Brougham Furniture Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") run by Worthington Brougham Furniture ("the Promoter"), and by entering yourself into the draw, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Worthington Brougham Furniture and their immediate families, partners, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

3. Entry Period

3.1 The Prize Draw will close at 12:00 pm on 17th September 2023. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the Worthington Brougham Furniture Survey and provide a valid email address.

4.2 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

4.3 Only one entry is allowed per person.
5. Prize

5.1 The prize consists of a box of chocolates and a £100 voucher to spend at Worthington Brougham Furniture.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

6.2 The winner will be announced on 18th September 2023.
7. Notification

7.1 The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the announcement.

7.2 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. General

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice.

8.2 The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
