Appointment Viewing and Temporary Showroom Closure Update

Our new year has been off to a bit of a tumultuous start. As you may be aware, as of 28/1/2026 our luxury sofa showroom in Chorley is temporarily closed to the public after a small pipe burst at the front of the store. We are working hard to get everything ready for us to reopen as soon as possible, but in the meantime we are happy to say we are now accomodating viewings and visits by appointment.

What This Means For You

• If you want to try out a sofa before purchase, you can make an appointment to come to our warehouse and take a look. You can find details on how to do that below.
• Deliveries, collections and customer orders are unaffected. We are continuing to process new orders as normal, and there are no delays to any of our services.

• New sofa stock is being listed onto our website several times a week, and there are a LOT of new arrivals coming in.

How to Try Your New Sofa Out In Person - Making an Appointment

As you'd expect, getting ready to reopen is a lot of work! Much of that work is being done at the front of our showroom where the damage occured, which is why we've had to temporarily close the showroom. While we are closed, we're still trading online as usual - but we know a lot of people prefer to try out a new sofa in person before making a decision. That's why we're now opening up for viewing by appointment. In order to make an appointment to try out a sofa, please call us on 01257824237 or 07814955529, or email [email protected]. We will need to know the following:

• Which sofa you're interested in trying out.
• Your name, contact phone number and delivery postcode.
• How many people will be with you for the visit. For safety reasons we recommend you do not bring any young children, and no more than two people at a time.
• Whether you require any accomodations for accessing the building eg wheelchair access, assistance dog etc. This will allow us to make sure the sofa you wish to view is accessible for your visit.

Once you get in touch we will arrange a suitable date and timeslot for your visit, and we will make sure someone is available to assist you on the day. Access will be via our warehouse loading bay at the rear of the building, and parking is in St Mary's Car Park just off Peter Street.
