Our showroom is closed from the 14th of August 2022 until the 25th of August 2022 for our summer holiday
Orders placed through our website while we're closed will be processed as usual, but there may be a delay of up to 10 days for your delivery, depending on when you make your purchase. Deliveries will resume when we return on the 26th. If you need to contact us about anything while we are closed please email [email protected]
Whether we deliver your suite ourselves or use one of our trusted couriers, you can be confident that your new furniture is in good hands. All of our clearance furniture is held in stock by us at our Clitheroe showroom, and it doesn’t leave our hands until it’s loaded onto a van for delivery to your home
Fast & Free Furniture Delivery To Most of the UK
- All accessories are delivered for free to the UK mainland.
- Furniture deliveries are free to all areas shown in green on the map.
- Zone 2 (Teal Blue) incurs a charge of £80 for small furniture or £120 for large furniture or multiple items. Deliveries are charged over the entire order, not per item.
- Zone 3 (Pale Blue) incurs a charge of £120 for small furniture or £150 for large furniture or multiple items.
- If your address is marked in lilac on the map please contact us before purchasing to check the delivery cost and time.
We work with a number of reliable independent furniture couriers to ensure that your new furniture is delivered quickly and professionally. Depending on how far you are from our showroom in Clitheroe, Lancashire your delivery may take from five to fifteen working days, or up to twenty working days for Cornwall and Scotland. If you need a longer storage time or have any other requirements relating to your delivery please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery will be made to the billing address given when you place your order, so please make sure you select the correct address when you pay.

Homewares and Accessories
Accessories are delivered free of charge to most areas of the UK. The delivery company used may differ depending on your location, but we typically work with DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail where possible. If there’s a specific company that you know has difficulty with your deliveries please let us know when you place your order and we’ll do our best to ensure that your parcel is sent with someone else. Please allow additional time for deliveries to the islands and highlands.
We offer a full 30 day returns policy for orders made online so that you can be 100% certain that your new purchase is right for you. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to keep your purchase please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from your order being delivered, in order to arrange for the return. As the buyer you are responsible for the cost of returning your order, which is £1 per mile by road if using our return delivery service. You are welcome to return your purchase in person to our showroom in Clitheroe for free. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on mattresses, bed protectors or bedding that have been removed from their original packaging.
